No. Full case-management suites want to run your whole business, and most solos don't want that. Corton does one job — capturing billable work and turning it into an invoice — and stays out of your way for everything else.

That's the whole design constraint. Timer from the lock screen, silent one-tap note chips, mileage fully automatic. If an action takes more than two seconds, we don't ship it.

Encrypted in transit and at rest, biometric app lock, and an alias mode so subject names never appear on screen. Voice notes are transcribed on your phone — the audio never leaves the device. Your data is yours: exportable and deletable anytime.

Yes — one-way export so your books stay clean. Corton replaces the notebook and spreadsheet, not your accountant.

V1 assembles your timestamped notes and photos into a report skeleton — your words, organized into the standard format, with no AI rewriting. Full AI-assisted drafting is next, and founding members get it first, included: 20 drafts a month.
